We are looking for a sales administrator to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact liaising with the team and support their day-to-day activities.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have good organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and take an active role in assisting the sales team in achieving its sales targets.
- Communication and coordination with the sales team located in various geographical locations
- Prepare commercial proposals and presentations
- Assist in developing pricing structures
- Collate all sales visit and commercial reports
- Update team regarding projects
- Keep Acumen’s CRM system up to date
- Prepare various sales projection reports, customer reports using CRM and other data as requested by management
- Assist in the preparation of competitive analysis reports
- Handle any other task as requested by management from time to time

- Strong, effective verbal and written communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent listening skills
- Good knowledge plus hands on experience and proficiency in using MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
