Skill / Key Competencies required:

1. Ability to communicate fluently in English and also adequate knowledge of MS Office Suite
2. The candidate should be a quick learner with ability to meet deadlines
3. Strong analytical and reasoning ability
4. Candidate is expected to be result oriented and a good team player
5. Willingness to work in an entrepreneurial environment
6. Minimum 2 years of work experience in aircraft records review

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Undertake detailed review of technical records presented by the clients to identify the gaps and document the discrepancies for evaluation.
2. Review, Monitor and accurately update various Software Systems for efficient Data Management
3. Undertake training sessions for users for providing better understanding of the Software Systems.
4. Prepare and circulate weekly / monthly / quarterly reports as per laid down procedures.
5. Coordinate with other departments – within Acumen as well as externally with clients and independent contractors – to ensure steady flow of data, information and records.
6. Coordinate with the Asst. Manager – Data Management team for any additional responsibilities to be undertaken in-line with the clients’ requirements.
7. Take collective responsibility towards achieving the targets set forth for the entire Data Management team.
8. This role will not be limited to the duties and responsibilities listed here. The candidate must be willing to take up other duties and responsibilities as deemed fit by the management, within the purview of business requirements.
